Dave Perdios is the founder and director of the South Shore Spartans Baseball Program and was the head baseball coach at Curry College till 2016 season. Coach Perdios began the South Shore Spartans in 2000 and has continuously supervised its operations each year. 
Coach Perdios has enjoyed great success during his stint at Curry. He compiled a 12-year record of 236-162-4. He led the Colonels to four regular-season Commonwealth Coast Conference titles (2005, 2007, 2009, 2010); a CCC Tournament title and first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament (2007); back-to-back 30-win campaigns (2009, 2010), including a school-record 34 wins and 21 league wins in 2009. Also in 2009, his squad led the nation with a .370 team batting average. In 2010, he led Curry to the ECAC Division III New England Championship.

Perdios was named as CCC Coach of the Year three times (2005, 2007, 2009). He also mentored four-consecutive CCC Players of the Year between 2007 and 2010.

Perdios graduated from Brandeis University in 1980, where he also enjoyed a standout four-year baseball career. He helped guide the Judges to four Greater Boston League Championships, four New England Regional Tournament appearances and one Division III World Series berth.
